Not just a bubbly presence in the gym – she also has a serious side! Just like following an 80/20 approach to nutrition, she’s 80% serious and 20% fun… Or maybe the other way around! Her aim is to give women a long-lasting approach to looking after their physical and mental wellbeing and reaching their health and fitness goals in an enjoyable way.

Her competitive background in fitness competitions has taught her a lot about herself and coaching women. Her philosophy is about creating lasting change – physically and, most of all, mentally. She wants to help you find ways to make fitness fit into your lifestyle – not the other way around. She’s a huge advocate of self-care and finding a balanced approach in all areas of health to transform women into the best, strongest and most confident versions of themselves.

3 fun facts

  1. I was studying a double Degree in commerce and marketing before realising accounting wasn’t for me, then followed my passion in health and fitness and put business and my passion together.
  2. I’ve competed in 3 Bikini Fitness Competitions… I’ve happily retired from that now!
  3. I love nature and the outdoors and call myself adventurous, but put an insect near me and I’ll run the other way.
